History

TP Dynamics was founded in 2011 by Managing Director, Tony Pan.

From single-dwelling residences in Crace, Ford and Bonner, TP Dynamics broadened its remit to include townhouses, mixed-use precincts and urban revitalisation projects. In 2015, Hillcrest at Weston was a milestone for the company, the four freestanding residences achieving a sophistication of design and function that would set the tone going forward.

PIONEER at Amaroo was TP Dynamics’ first foray into mixed-use development, strategically positioned next to the emerging Amaroo group centre. Nearby, a collection of townhouses further demonstrated TP Dynamics’ commitment to a new Canberra lifestyle defined by smart, functional and beautiful design.

In 2018, TP Dynamics embarked on the ambitious WISH revitalisation project in the heart of Bruce. The three-stage vision is breathing new life into the established suburb through retail and commercial offerings while providing opportunities for Canberrans to experience inner-city living without sacrificing proximity to nature and amenity.

Fast forward to 2021 and TP Dynamics continues to innovate and adapt, with exciting transformation projects underway at Dickson Village and Yowani Grounds. Our legacy is just beginning.
