Commercial

projects

TP Dynamics entered Canberra’s commercial market in 2015 with our mixed-use development in the heart of Amaroo: PIONEER. Over time, our vision for commercial projects has evolved and expanded. At its core is the idea that URBAN REVITALISATION is essential to ensuring Canberra’s future as a world-class capital city.

IVES

IVES retail offering will occupy the street-level spaces below the IVES residential offerings, completing the vision for the new and vibrant Bruce precinct and ensuring local residents have access to amenity not seen before in the area.

Yowani Grounds

Yowani Grounds presents a new mixed-use precinct and club house within the park setting of the existing golf course. The design follows a gradual shift in scale, starting with a series of low-rise terraces and townhouses overlooking Sullivan’s Creek. Moving towards Northbourne Avenue, density increases with a core commercial zone including retail, cafés and landscaped public spaces. Finally, residential apartments line Northbourne Avenue and elevate the precinct to a maximum height of 8 floors.

Dickson Village

Dickson Village will significantly enhance the existing Dickson group centre. The development includes a Coles supermarket and Liquorland on the ground floor plus additional retail opportunities to service the growing Inner North neighbourhood. Two levels of basement parking accommodating approximately 472 vehicles will substantially improve access to the precinct, meaning greater convenience for shoppers.

WISH

WISH presents the first of our ambitious three-stage revitalisation project for Bruce. This rapidly evolving suburb is home to an increasing population of young professionals and families. WISH and the neighbouring RISE and IVES developments are creating opportunities for businesses to open doors on an already thriving scene.

PIONEER

PIONEER offers commercial and retail spaces in TP Dynamics’ first mixed-use development. Above street level, 35 one- and two-bedroom apartments provide convenient living solutions in the heart of Amaroo’s shopping precinct
