Alex Stephan

Alex Stephan is a dedicated Site Engineer at TP Dynamics, bringing over four years of experience in the construction industry. A graduate of the University of Canberra, Alex began his career delivering a $2 million luxury residence with a boutique local builder, laying the foundation for a strong focus on craftsmanship and quality.

Since then, he has progressed into large-scale commercial work, including contributions to TP Dynamics’ landmark $210 million Garema Place Hotel development. With a passion for continuous improvement and a detail-driven mindset, Alex plays a key role in delivering complex projects that reflect TP Dynamics’ commitment to excellence and innovation.
