If you've driven past the Yowani Golf Course recently you will have noticed a building that is unlike any other. It is the display centre for the upcoming redevelopment, one of the largest projects in Canberra this year.

The Yowani redevelopment nestles within the landscape, following the curves of Sullivans Creek and the light rail tracks into the city. Yowani is undoubtedly one of the most convenient, spacious and luxurious developments to hit the Canberra market today.

The first stage of works will include two apartment offerings as well as a townhouse offering. A commercial building is also included, as well as the new Yowani clubhouse. The redevelopment project will have an 8,000 m² central garden that will be built gradually over the next seven years.
