Bruce precinct overview

Stage 3: IVES consists of 32 townhouses and a medical specialist centre that includes GPs, paediatricians, a neurologist and a dental practice.

Stage 2: RISE consists of 70 townhouses set back beyond the street-level commercial offering. Where zoning allowed for 120 units, RISE took a more considered and sustainable approach to create a community that has the space it needs to flourish.

Stage 1: WISH consists of 32 units, 3,000 m2 of commercial office space and 1,000 m2 of retail. The Australian Institute of Health and Welfare occupies 2,000 m2 of the office space and the top level of the building is home to the head office for TP dynamics. The ground floor retail includes two restaurants, a takeaway and a day spa.
