On 23rd April 2025, TP Dynamics officially launched the Newlyne Experience Centre in Lyneham with a ribbon-cutting ceremony that marked a major milestone for this visionary precinct. Located on the grounds of the Yowani Country Club, the Experience Centre offers an immersive introduction to Newlyne—the landmark project that will reshape inner north living over the next decade.

Guests enjoyed exploring the display suite, speeches by key project leaders, and a ceremonial ribbon cutting led by ACT Chief Minister Andrew Barr, Yowani Country Club President John McCullagh and TP Dynamics Managing Director Tony Pan. The event highlighted the ambition behind the precinct: to create a connected, walkable community that combines high-quality living with thoughtful design and long-term sustainability.

“This centre represents a bold step forward for the community,” said Mr Pan during the event. “It allows people to step inside and experience what life in this part of Canberra could become. For many, it offers a new way of thinking about urban living.”

The Experience Centre showcases detailed interiors and materials from the first stage of homes—Moiré, Mattone, and Mason—as well as the Sense of Yowani, a retirement living community designed in close consultation with Yowani Country Club. “Newlyne represents a bold and thoughtful step in the evolution of Canberra’s inner north,” said Tony Pan during his speech. “This project is about more than just buildings – it’s about lifestyle, community, and connection.”

Spanning over 10 hectares, the precinct will feature approximately 1,000 new homes delivered over three stages, alongside commercial spaces, open parkland, and premium amenities. Its prime location between the golf course and Sullivan’s Creek offers both connectivity and tranquillity – a rare balance in urban development.

As Canberra evolves, Newlyne represents a new chapter in city-making—one where sustainability, connectivity, and livability shape every detail.
