WISH @ Bruce

Wish is a proposed development on Thynne Street in Bruce that includes 70 two-storey townhouses, 20 apartments and three commercial / retail spaces. The development is proposed to include a mix of two and three bedroom townhouses and apartments, with each to have its own basement or undercroft car parking directly beneath.

The townhouses will all have their own private courtyards, as well as access to communal open space including walkways, gardens and a barbeque area. The townhouses will be spread across five buildings at the rear of the site. Commercial space will be in the ground level of the development’s main five-storey building fronting onto Thynne Street. The three ground-floor commercial spaces, which could be used for office or retail services, have a total floor area of 1,013m². All apartments will have balcony space. Basement car parking will also be provided on-site for the apartments and commercial spaces.

The proposed development will replace two existing office buildings and associated car parking at the northern end of the Dunlop Court office complex.
