A Canberran for more than a decade, Tony came to the nation’s capital in 2005 to study management and marketing at the Australian National University. Identifying a gap in the market for high-quality homes at affordable prices, Tony established TP Dynamics in 2011. Today, Tony is the driving force behind a growing company that is focused on building better homes, town centres and communities for Canberra’s families. Passionate about Canberra, Tony is committed to making a contribution to the community and laying the foundations for a world-class capital city.
Ace has worked in the building/construction industry for 22 years and is a licensed builder and architect. He has worked both as an individual establishing and running a site office managing government portfolios in Canberra as well as being an active team member within a large constructionteam on landmark Sydney CBD projects. The majority of the larger projects he has worked on have been based on a design and build process within a construction management environment, His strengths are strong communication and design skills and a demonstrated working understanding of all facets of Project Management. He has experience in a range of construction projects with a proven track record of delivering a diverse range of buildings.
With 12 years’ experience in the construction industry, Jordan has worked on both commercial and residential building projects across Canberra, from multi-million dollar high-rise developments along the Kingston Foreshore to low-rise homes in Gungahlin. A licensed builder and carpenter, Jordan manages TP Dynamics’ rapidly expanding team, and ensures that the company’s commitment to quality is carried through every project.
Arriving in Canberra in 2006 to study, Renee fell in love with the city and has made it her home. After graduating from the Australian National University with a degree in accounting and law, Renee has focused her energy on building TP Dynamics, overseeing the company’s finances and administration, and engaging with a growing list of international investors.
Arriving in Canberra in 2007 to study, Norah calls Canberra home with a growing young family. After graduating from the Australian National University with a Bachelor of Phycology and a Master of Professional Accounting, Norah focused her energy on building TP Dynamics, overseeing the company’s growth, and managing the HR, administration and accounting of the company.
